Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing various digital banking products / services and optimizing customer experience continuously
  • Assist in coordination of the logistics for new services / products rollout including the preparation of relevant materials for customer communication and staff training
  • Assist in conducting market survey, preparing user requirements for new digital product and services as well as participating in various projects
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test and provide analytical evaluations on the performance of new product development
  • Carry out special assignments as assigned by team head

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above is preferred
  • At least 1 year’ experience in digital banking / digital related area
  • Strong understanding on the technical aspects of digital banking services and compilation of promotional materials
  • Detailed minded and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate among various parties.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
