About the job

Based at the The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within F&B Division in Hong Kong, the Server is responsible for providing a high standard of service which is friendly, attentive and responsive to guest needs. The Server reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

As Server, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Greet the guests, take orders and  deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
  • Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
  • Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience

As Server, we expect from you:

  • With at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
  • Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
