Product Manager – Card

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the management and development of card-related products, primarily debit cards. The role involves close coordination with payment scheme partners, system development, operations, compliance, and digital teams to deliver secure, innovative, and customer-centric card services.

Responsibilities

• Own the debit card product roadmap including physical and virtual card offerings.

• Collaborate with partners on card schemes, BIN setup, and new feature rollouts (e.g., contactless, tokenization).

• Lead development of different card systems and procedures.

• Oversee issuance, activation, and lifecycle management of cards, ensuring high service quality and fraud resilience.

• Drive card usage and transaction growth through campaigns, partnerships, and embedded features in digital channels.

• Monitor performance metrics such as card activation rates, transaction volumes, and fraud losses.

• Ensure all card operations comply with regulatory, scheme, and internal risk requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in card product management or payments, preferably in retail or digital banking.

• Strong understanding of card schemes, card issuing systems, and transaction workflows.

• Familiarity with card security features (e.g., CVV, PIN, 3DS, tokenization) and fraud management tools.

• Experience working with processors, vendors, and scheme partners on card-related integration.
