Product Manager – Deposit Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Product Manager to lead the development and management of deposit products, including savings & time deposit offerings and account maintenance. The role will be responsible for optimizing deposit mix, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving product innovation aligned with customer needs and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of deposit products: design, pricing, development, enhancement, and retirement.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in deposit features and pricing.

• Define interest rate strategy and monitor deposit portfolio performance (e.g., balance growth, cost of funds, NIM).

• Collaborate with finance, treasury, and risk teams to align with funding strategy and liquidity requirements.

• Work closely with compliance to ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards.

• Champion automation, digital servicing, and process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking or fintech, with a focus on deposits.

• Strong understanding of balance sheet dynamics, ALM, and pricing levers.

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or analytics tools.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in deposits (e.g., deposit protection, KYC, AML).
