We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As The Club & Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

• Greet VIP / Club guest and bid farewell
• Provide a smooth check in and check out experience
• Handle guests’ enquiries

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in Hotel Front Office or Airline Operations
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
