Receiving Assistant

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Inspect the condition of all goods recieved to ensure correct delivery and good quality
• Follow up on any outstanding delivery items with vendors on a daily basis
• Assist in all Receiving Reports inclusive of food, beverage and general items
• Reconcile total number of items and total sum of purchase amount for received items against delivery notes

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Higher education qualification in purchasing, supply chain management, logistics or other related discipline
• 1+ years’ related experience
• Knowledge in SCM system
• Fluent in Cantonese and basic English communication
