About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Senior Bartender/Bartender is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the bar and to assists the Bar Manager.The Senior Bartender/Bartender reports to the Bar Manager.

As Senior Bartender/Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude
• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant

As Senior Bartender/Bartender, we expect from you:

• With relevant in F&B or hotel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry
