About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Mandarin Club Officer is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Mandarin Club Officer reports to the The Mandarin Club Manager.

As The Mandarin Club Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver a delighted The Mandarin Club experience to our guests.
• Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
• Assist in F&B operation of the Club Lounge
• Maximize the Guest Loyalty and Guest Satisfaction in daily operation.
• Ensures Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards are fully implemented, maintained and executed to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Ensures the beverage and self-service stations are properly set with sufficient stocks
• Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group.

As The Mandarin Club Officer, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel / Club Lounge
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dynamic and energetic
