DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that the hotel computer system(s) are installed and operating properly, that system security measures are in place, that the computer hardware is well maintained, that the system(s) are utilized to their maximum potential and those new systems are installed to improve hotel efficiency and profitability and adhere to hotel standards and guidelines
• Maintain daily operation and system administration, including hotel operation system, application system, hardware, etc.
• Ensure that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is performed as required
• Ensure that all computer media saves, and back-ups are completed, documented, and stored
• Assist in system implementation and system maintenance
• Recommend proactively solutions to problems that are encountered
• Perform other relevant projects and duties as assigned by the management team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of MS 365, PMS, POS, Network Infrastructure & Programming, MS SQL Server etc.
• Excellent technical skills, including in hardware & software troubleshooting
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
