The Role

The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:

  • Provide administrative support to launch and promote company activities
  • Arrange logistics and provide on-site support to staff events
  • Liaise with external parties for co-ordinating staff activities 
  • Assist in preparing company newsletter
  • Prepare materials and documents for internal committees
  • Support ad hoc projects and other HR duties as assigned

The Person

 The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • With strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive, cheerful, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
