The Role
The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:
- Provide administrative support to launch and promote company activities
- Arrange logistics and provide on-site support to staff events
- Liaise with external parties for co-ordinating staff activities
- Assist in preparing company newsletter
- Prepare materials and documents for internal committees
- Support ad hoc projects and other HR duties as assigned
The Person
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- With strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive, cheerful, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
