Project Manager (exp. in Beauty/Retail Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external parties to monitor the progress and status of current projects closely to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality. 
• Identify requirement and establish schedule for the development process of new products.
• Monitor the project process to fulfil Organization Types.
• To perform the projects with Integration management, Scope Management, Quality management, resource management and communication Management.
• Risk management and analyse KPIs of projects.
• Update and report project status to top management regularly. 
• Provide support to internal departments regarding project-related inquires when needed.
• Establish and maintain an effective filing system for related documents of projects.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in product development or other related fields.
• Working experience in retail / healthcare / beauty industry would be an advantage.
• Exposure in electronics appliances / health / Skin care products is required.
• Good presentation, Communication, and Negotiation skills are necessary.
• Detail-minded, Well Organized and Self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese.
