Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all activities of team members in uniform, linen and laundry sections.
• Responsible for guest garment thorough check before cleaning,
• Responsible for marking every guest article for identification.
• Responsible for packing cleaned article according to standard.
• Ensure all the daily delivered garments are properly recorded.
• Organize minor tailoring for guests.
• Report any damage items to Manager.
• Conduct training courses for new team members.
• Perform quality inspection for uniform, linen and guest laundry.
• Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure laundry valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure daily laundry records for linen and uniforms are maintained
• Co-ordinate special projects (eg equipment routine service; stock inventories)
• Manage all special requests made by guests
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager – Laundry, U&L or his / her representatives.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Secondary School Form 5 or above
• 2 years’ experience in hotel linen room service and laundering service
• Good skill in sewing, laundering and mending, computer skill is preferred
• Pleasant with customer-oriented mind
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of team members
• Good command of Cantonese, knowledge in English and Mandarin is advantage
