This incumbent will be responsible for guest checking-in/out procedures in a professional manner, to provide courteous service and handle guests’ enquiries
Provide accurate and updated reservations records
Record and process reservations made by different booking channels
Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel polices and procedure
Job requirements:
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
At least 1 year work experience, preferably in hospitality, customer service or related service industry
Knowledge of using PMS will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3 to 4 days per week, working hours: 22:30-07:30 / 23:00-08:00
