Responsibilities 職責:

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overall food production & kitchen operations  management 
  • Maintain, monitor and improve food quality to meet customer expectation                      
  • Carry out Cost control planning such as food inventory management                               
  • Set up and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene                                                         
  • Supervise and train up team-members to achieve good performance standards             
  • 協助主廚師規劃和管理廚房的日常運作
  • 參與菜單設計、通過推出新產品和迎合食品趨勢,以不斷提升餐飲服務
  • 管理食品成本監控計劃
  • 確保廚房團隊達到酒店衛生要求的標準
  • 管理廚房團隊,提供培訓和指導以確保工序達到酒店要求的標準

Qualifications 工作要求:

  • Minimum 8 year experience in reputable kitchen of 5 star hotel;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similiar position
  • Good knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance;
  • Highly organized with multi-tasking skills;
  • Good command of English & Chinese.
  • 至少8年或以上於5星級酒店經驗
  • 至少2年或以上相關職位的經驗
  • 良好衛生知識
  • 有組織力既同時處理不同任務
  • 良好有效的英語及中文溝通
