Hygiene Officer

At the moment, we are looking for a Hygiene Officer to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.

Job Responsibilities: 

• To ensure compliance of IHG-FSMS hygiene and food safety standards.
• Regularly check, record and maintain all concerned areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with concerned parties for food sample testing and closely communicate with all concerned departments for any food and environment hygiene related issue.
• To ensure compliance of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) policies, hygiene and good safety standards – FSMS (Food Safety Management System).
• Regularly conduct food safety and personal hygiene training for all staff.
• Regularly conduct supplier hygiene inspection to ensure the hygiene of work place and the safety of food origin.
• To follow up the food licensing matters with related department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity. 
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
