Support in programme logistics including material preparation for programmes, venue, equipment set-up, and booking for programmes
Provide administrative support to counter operation and programme delivery, facility checking, data entry, inventory & store room management; support in programme/course/event planning, development, coordination and review
Market and promote programmes for youth, adults and parent-child creatively, effectively, and efficiently in order to facilitate the recruitment of learners
Assist in preparation of reports/paper through the provision of information and figures in a timely and accurate manner
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or Associate Degree holder or above
At least 1 year working experience related to programme / course development & school administration
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and other design software
Shift-duty is required (Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm, up to 44 hours/week)
Successful candidate is required to undertake the Sexual Conviction Record Check
