Job Purpose:
- To prepare Credit Management reports to the Management and HKMA survey reports
- To review and maintain credit portfolio data to facilitate reporting and analysis purpose
- To conduct statistics reports, prepare and support regular / ad hoc reports
- To work closely with IT and related departments on Banking Projects
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare HKMA related reports (e.g. Survey on Lending to Finance Companies, Half-yearly Survey on Exposure to Property Developer Groups, etc.)
- Prepare regular management or internal reports (e.g. Credit Information Pack, KRI Report, CSA report, etc.)
- Perform checking on management reports, HKMA related surveys or internal reports (e.g. Credit Information Pack, Survey on Residential Mortgage Lending, Country Exposure Report, etc.)
- Handle ad hoc requests from external audit (PwC) or the HKMA regulator
- Assist in various projects (e.g. Fitch Questionnaire, Core Banking etc.)
Incumbent Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Computing and Information System, Risk Management or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in credit risk function, preferably in corporate finance
- Familiar with credit related regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience on IT projects and system implementation related to data systems
- Knowledge on banking products and SAS programming are the pre-requisites
- Knowledge in MS office (especially in Excel, VBA or Access)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
