Senior Officer, ESG & Corporate Services

Job Purpose:
•    To help execute marketing and promotional campaigns for RBD, CBD and/or other Group subsidiaries as required 
•    To support, coordinate and execute Group press and corporate activities including events, ESG, CSR and volunteering initiatives
•    To support and coordinate ESG meetings, KPIs and report consolidation
•    To provide team administrative support 


Job Responsibilities
•    To help support the coordination and implementation of the Group’s ESG strategy and initiatives, including the coordination of ESG committee meetings, preparation of ESG report, desk-top research support and cross-BU and SU coordination, etc.
•    To help plan, manage and execute the Group’s CSR and corporate volunteering initiatives, and liaise with NGOs or other related parties on the coordination and execution of CSR and/or corporate volunteer activities
•    To help increase DSB’s share of voice and positive coverage on ESG and CSR in traditional and social media channels through proactive and strategic PR efforts
•    To support and implement communications strategies to enhance corporate reputation, engage stakeholders and promote key initiatives, managing internal and external communications   
•    To support and coordinate overall media relations efforts, media events, and media database, etc.
•    To provide event execution and logistics support for Corporate & PR activities / events / initiatives, including pre- and post-event activities preparation
•    To coordinate with external vendors on production and other projects for accurate, timely and quality execution and delivery within budget
•    To compile news intelligence reports, competitive news analyses and website update
•    To support on issue and crisis management 
•    To support / coordinate A&P expense monitoring, invoicing consolidation, marketing calendars, stationery and/or other inventory management, ITD coordination as well as other routine department administrative work as necessary 


Incumbent Requirements
•    Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
•    Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in advertising/PR agencies or retail marketing; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage 
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
•    PR and copywriting skills and/or advertising and media planning skills preferred
•    Conversant in social media skills and promotions
•    Able to multi-task, well organised and meticulous in detail
•    Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
•    Proficiency in computer skills – including MS Office and Chinese typing skills
•    Knowledge in print and collateral production
•    Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Self-motivated, good attention to details, flexible and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
