職責:
- 帶領技術員團隊及或獨立處理日常各設施及系統的維護保養、檢查、維修及緊急故障處理工作。
- 向技術團隊提供技術支援並提出改進行動建議。
- 履行主管指派的其他職務。
- 監督和協調外判承辦商的工作細節、工作進度、工藝、安全等。
- 定期撰寫工作記錄, 物料清單及檢查報告。
要求:
- 中五或以上,持有電氣/屋宇設備/其他相關工程等證書或文憑以上者優先考慮。
- 5年或以上大廈、酒店或商場等物業保養維修及前線管理經驗。
- 持有電力(A牌或以上)、水喉、油漆、泥水、等相關牌照或技術證書優先考慮。
- 具有團隊合作精神及能獨立工作。
- 操流利粵語, 英語 (略懂), 懂簡單中英文書寫。
- 需要輪班當值,颱風及突發狀況時值班。
Working Day: 5.5 days 09:00 - 18:00
Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of technicians and/or independently handle the daily maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency troubleshooting of various facilities and systems in the building.
- To provide technical support and make suggestions for improvement actions to the technician team.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- To monitor and coordinate the work details, work progress, workmanship, safety, etc. of outsourced contractors.
- To submit work records, material list and check list.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, holder of certificate or diploma above in electrical / building services / other related engineering, etc. is an advantage.
- 5 years or above of property maintenance and front-line management experience in buildings, hotels, or shopping malls.
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0 or above), Licensed Plumber, Painting, Builder's, etc. is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and work independently
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and simple English.
- Perform shift duty and be on duty during typhoon and other emergencies.
