Senior Building Supervisor/ Building Supervisor (West Kowloon)

Job Description

• Monitoring day-to-day security operations for the residential buildings
• Oversee the execution of a security team of around 30 guards
• Supervising the performance and discipline of the security team
• Respond, report, and investigate security incidents and emergencies
• Manage the daily manpower and roster
• Assist in security training programs

Job requirements

• Form 5 (HKCEE) or above
• At least 5-year experience in security industry with 3 years in a supervisory level
• Must be familiar with security front line operations
• Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and QAS
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills and willing to learn
