Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer hotline services by addressing inquiries, executing orders, and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Manage the account opening processes for both individual and corporate clients
- Conduct comprehensive KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, including periodic reviews and investigations of trigger events
- Maintain customer data with a high level of accuracy
- Handle client fund and stock In/Out
- Perform other dealing duties as requested and assigned by supervisors
- Rotate night shift duties and work on public holidays may required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in business, marketing, or related field
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services
- Holder of SFC Licenses is preferred
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates will be considered
