Responsibilities
- To monitor the business and sales performance by channel and campaign, customer movement across key segments
- To build the customer journey and strategies for acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, as well as customer engagement and retention
- To formulate cross-selling models with key stakeholders in the products, channels, and other product marketing teams
- To coordinate with internal and external parties on industrial award pitching
- To assist the development of value propositions for key segments based on analysis of benefits, costs and value that BEA can deliver to customers. It should be our promise of value to be delivered, communicated and acknowledged.
- To closely monitor change of market landscapes and customers’ needs to refresh and enrich value propositions
- To build a positive connection with customers via providing product information and promotion offers with their preferable and reachable channels
- To coordinate award pitching and follow-up with relevant internal and external parties
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related discipline
- Preferably with 5-8 years of experience in banking / finance sector
- Experience in value proposition, brand strategy, service design or customer experience is in an advantage
- Proven track record in customer segmentation, product management, sales management, or marketing campaign management
- Proactive, innovative and good organizing and problem solving skills with strong sense of customer centricity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
