Waiter / Senior Waiter - Bar

Job Summary

This position is responsible to overseeing the club’s bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, hygiene, and a refined experience for members.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve member and guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all bar equipment is fully operational, promptly reporting and addressing any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Ensure all equipment, drawers, and refrigeration units are clean and contents are always service-ready.
• Ensure the bar area, storage spaces, and service areas up to highest hygiene standard.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering supplies and drinks when needed.
• Oversee beverage preparation and presentation.
• Oversee daily bar operations to keep service smooth and follow club rules.
• Provide excellent food and drink service in the club’s British Bar.

Requirements

• 1-2 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry
• Good knowledge of beer, wine and cocktail production
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Waiter
