Job Summary
This position is responsible to overseeing the club’s bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, hygiene, and a refined experience for members.
Responsibilities
- Address and resolve member and guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all bar equipment is fully operational, promptly reporting and addressing any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all equipment, drawers, and refrigeration units are clean and contents are always service-ready.
- Ensure the bar area, storage spaces, and service areas up to highest hygiene standard.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering supplies and drinks when needed.
- Oversee beverage preparation and presentation.
- Oversee daily bar operations to keep service smooth and follow club rules.
- Provide excellent food and drink service in the club’s British Bar.
Requirements
- 1-2 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry
- Good knowledge of beer, wine and cocktail production
- Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Waiter
