Guest Service Assistant

Job Descriptions

• Customer service including welcoming patients
• Handle enquiries, receptions, registration and serve customers
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas
• Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients at all times
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills and work attitude; punctual, polite, and responsible
• Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Basic computer skills, familiar with both Chinese and English input methods
• HKCEE/DSE or above
• On-the-job training will be provided
