Hong Kong Parkview is inviting high-calibre applicants for the following position:-

Part-time Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead individual, partner and small group Pilates training sessions (Reformer & Studio Equipment and/or full-body mat) and ensure clients of varying fitness levels enjoy a positive and meaningful experience on every visit.
• Provide motivating, engaging and supportive instructions and quality service to existing and potential customers and train within standard guidelines of specialty certifications.
• Maintain client assessment and programme information for follow up and review as necessary.
• Develop and identify new sales and Pilates training opportunities.
• Conduct complimentary appointments, including assessments and programme implementation, and seek medical approval for participation in exercise if required.
• Maintain safe, tidy gym environment at all times.

 Requirements:

• Experience in either commercial fitness, PT / Pilates studio or high-end clubhouses is a must.
• Experience / training in the areas of Clinical Pilates, Pre-hab and Rehabilitation is an advantage.
• Holder of Pilates Reformer / Studio certificates by recognized institution or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Pilates teaching experience.
• Must be able to teach in English. Additional languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin are a plus.
• CPR / First Aid Certificate holder is an advantage.
• Passion for health and fitness with exceptional inter-personal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident and outgoing personality.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours – early mornings, during the day, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
