Assistant Manager to Manager, Data Governance & Management, DMD

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the resolution of the data governance committee with performing secretariat duties
• Maintain and optimise the data governance; develop, maintain and implement the data governance mechanism; monitor and evaluate the data governance performance of each department 
• Regularly optimise the data governance policy
• Participate in formulation and optimisation of business department data indicator system architecture plan, review data specification requirements for new process and system with improving business system data quality
• Analysis the data to locate the specific quality problems in business process and suggest proper solution for rectification
• Perform and manage any data governance related projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, business administration, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data governance, data security, project management and Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIBs) will be advantage 
• Knowledge of data governance standards, policies and relvent rools, familiar with data governance system
• Strong in analysis, problem-solving and project management skills, with fast-learning and research innovation ability
• Excellent communication and written ability and able to coordinate within the departements and team work
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
