Senior/ E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the availability and rates in hotel websites and all third party online travel agents including both B2C and B2B
• Handle and monitor system to ensure rates/promotions/inventory/bookings are interfaced with PMS consistently
• Assists Director of Revenue in maximizing overall hotel revenue by managing the content and pricing of all external electronic selling portals
• Compile regular reports on business performance of e-commerce channels and provide analysis/suggestions to Department head for business improvement

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing or reservation in a sizable hotel is preferred
• Knowledge on PMS system is preferred
• Computational skills & good at logistic thinking
• Good command of English and Chinese
