Senior Teller | Relief Senior Teller

Responsibilities: 

• Provide quality customer services through counter transactions

• Establish and cultivate relationship with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services

Requirements:

• Post-secondary educated or above with minimum 1 year of counter service or customer service experience

• Fresh graduate is also welcome

• Detail conscious with strong customer service sense and communication skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing

(Candidates with less experience may be considered as Teller. We will offer classroom training and excellent career progression)
