Customer Services Executive (Internet Brokerage)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle account opening and ensure the account opening documents follow internal policies and procedures
  • To follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations
  • Resolve client enquiries over the telephone, email, or face-to-face with professional manner
  • To establish and maintain good relationship with customers
  • To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above, preferable in business or related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years related working experience
  • Passed HKSI LE paper 1, 7, 8 or Licensed with SFC type 1 regulated activities preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Good Interpersonal and customer services skill
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

 

Working Hours: 

  • 5 days work week (from 9am to 6pm) 
  • need to be on shift on Sat, Sun or public holiday (with shift allowance)
