Credit Card Manager (Usage and Portfolio)

Responsibilities

• Support team for strategic plan of marketing campaigns to grow credit card business and enhance brand building
• Execute marketing promotion and campaigns (end to end) for card usage to drive new card sales and portfolio growth
• Develop card portfolio actions and card loan programs to drive increase in iBAR and profitability
• Analyze, monitor and execute portfolio actions in response to different customer segments and latest market trend
• Develop customer segmentation programs and implement various customer relationship deepening initiatives to drive card usage and strengthen customer loyalty
• Participate in product testing and mobile app enhancement
• Collaborate and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on programs implementation and post marketing evaluation
• Prepare and review reports related to credit card usage programs and card portfolio

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Economic or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in banking and finance industry, preferably in credit card business
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Card Manager
