Job Responsibilities:
To manage and oversee the daily operations of a mixed portfolio of properties to provide all-round property management services in Hong Kong
Manage and supervise a team to maintain quality of service and handle customer enquiries/complaints
Plan and manage property operating budget and prepare relevant reports/analysis for management review
Experience in tender preparing with marketing strategies and is an advantage
Attending Incorporated Owners meetings and following up requirements of owners / clients, etc.
Liaison with clients, Owners and contractors, etc.
Assist other ad hoc assignments as required
