Sales and Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy, including multi-channel campaigns to elevate brand equity and market share;
• Responsible for resources planning and management of the division in support of the achievement of the Company’s goals and objectives;
• Analyze sales performance and generate forecasts to identify revenue growth and business opportunities;
• Develop, review and execute strategic sales business plans;
• Explore and identify new business/sales opportunities with existing and potential clients; widen the sales distribution channels;
• Design and scale omnichannel marketing strategies to boost e-commerce growth and strengthen market presence;
• Develop and execute sales and promotional campaigns and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in sizable organization, solid experience in related industry preferably;
• Working experience in passenger transportation industry is a plus;
• Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills;
• Effective interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager.
