Job Description

• To handle daily check in and check out procedure.
• To ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take necessary action accordingly.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related disciplines
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Experience in hotel industry/customer service would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
