JOB SUMMARY

  • Contribute to the development of template modelling for performance and productivity measurement.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute daily sales performance reports to provide clear image of the team’s sales progress and target. 
  • Prepare and modify documents such as emails, drafts, and reports.
  • Special Projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for fostering the continuously improvement culture for efficiency.

Strategy

  • To co-ordinate and support team events and regular team meetings e.g. monthly meetings.

Business

  • To work closely with branch sales staff to optimize the sales results.
  • To maximize business opportunities to achieve individual sales target.

Processes

  • Provide general clerical duties.

People & Talent

  • To provide training and coaching support to sales staff such that high-quality customer service can be delivered consistently.
  • Implement relevant measures including briefing and discussion forum to support sales and marketing programs.

Risk Management

  • To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and Line Manager.

  • Languages - Cantonese, Business Communication, Mandarin

Role Specific Technical Competencies

  • Extensive Knowledge on excel, PowerPoint for business report or deck.
  • Good presentation skill
