Job Purpose:
In this role, you are required to handle customer enquiries about banking products and services. Acts as the service ambassador of the bank, working primarily in a customer service role. You will need to help referring new customers to the sales staff or promoting general banking products to suit for customer’s needs.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist branch to achieve goals of service excellence and sales performance

Assist customers to use branch digital facilities (e.g. iPad and i-Kiosk) at the “interactive zone” or “CS area”.

Assist in promotion of digital banking services such as e-banking / mobile apps enrollment

Explore business opportunity to cross sell bank products and services to customers and make referrals to sales staff.
Incumbent Requirements:

Tertiary education with diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 year's solid working experience in customer service of retail banks, branch banking experience preferable.

Good proficiency in Chinese, English and Putonghua.

Knowledgeable in retail banking product and services.

Customer-oriented, proactively with excellent interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationship.

Strong sense of problem ownership and able to tackle problems independently.

Demonstrate cooperative spirit and team morale with colleagues.
