Seeking a passionate and dynamic Event Sales Manager to join our thriving team. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving event sales success, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing the property’s reputation as a world-class events destination.
Summary
What you will do:
- To provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention and development Event clients which in turn maximises hotel revenue and profitability.
- To meet your designated revenue targets.
- To assist with the preparation and regular update of the departmental budget.
- To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
- To provide courteous and professional service to our internal customers in other departments.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in large scale hotels in similar capacity.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Event Sales Manager
