Personal Assistant (Family Focus)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full personal, family, and secretarial support to a Senior Executive
• Manage the Executive’s calendar, appointments, and special assignments independently
• Occasional business travel when required
• Oversee household operations, including contract renewals, service coordination, and daily tasks
• Arrange and manage all aspects of family travel – bookings, itineraries, accommodations, and visas
• Support children with schoolwork, projects, and school communications
• Report daily on children's academic progress and behavior
• Plan and maintain a structured daily routine for the children, balancing learning and play
• Promote good manners, positive behavior, independence, and a love of learning
• Organize school activities, private functions, and social events
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or above; a degree in Business, Public Relations, or related field is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Organized, proactive, and an effective communicator
• Discreet, professional, calm, and ethical
• Experience in multicultural environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability preferred
