We are looking for a Demi Chef - Bakery (Overnight) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Demi Chef - Bakery (Overnight), we rely on you to:
- Prepare food production in Pastry Kitchen according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
- Be responsible for display of food items and show pieces
- Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle food preparation
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of Pastry production of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in related professions, with 1-2 years of experience in supervisory position
- Strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willingness to work on overnight shift
