Sales Executive / Account Manager / Branch Officer (Internet Brokerage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries and account opening procedures
• Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
• Provide quality customer services and handle client’s enquiries and feedback
• Achieve individual sale target including account opening and different financial products
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above;
• At least 1 year related experience in customer services or sales role
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• Passed HKSI paper 1,7,8 or licensed with SFC Type 1 is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Previous sales related experience in Internet Brokerage firms preferred 
• Candidates with more experience will  be considered as Branch Manager

Working location: 

Branch Manager role: can be chosen from Causeway Bay or Tsuen Wan

Branch Officer role: can be chosen from Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui or Kwun Tong

Working Hours: 

5 days per week (need to work on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday ) 

9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break (from 9am to 9pm)
