Responsibilities:

Develop and source retail banking's investment products to drive business, and work closely with both internal departments and external partners to ensure successful implementation of retail investment products.

Ensure workflow and operation are in compliance with legal and regulatory authorities.

Develop and execute marketing programs and product development to drive retail investment products and to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns, operational procedures for the products and so on.
Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, preferably in retail banking's investment product development field.

Excellent knowledge of retail banking's investment products.

Experience in investment system development is highly preferred.

Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated and good communication skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Investment Product.
