HR Assistant

Parkland Property Management Limited

Job Duty

  • Responsible for day-to-day all round HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding issues;
  • Responsible for all-round HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations;
  • Handle all aspect of payroll calculation, MPF and tax return;
  • Prepare various HR analysis reports for management review;
  • Assist to hold company event i.e. annual dinner, Xmas party and birthday party
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in HRM or other related discipline;
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience in HR;
  • Familiar with HK Labour Ordinance, experience in property management field is preferred;
  • Mature, responsible, independent and self-motivated;
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
  • Immediately available is preferred
