Contribute to achieve business targets of card spending, customer engagement and awareness through credit cards related features, value propositions, promotions and projects
Plan, organize and implement joint promotions with merchant partners, and targeted customers spending programs via card usage & rewards projects, with analysis of marketing situation, customer behavior and spending pattern
Develop, grown and maintain partnership with merchant partners to drive sustainable spending growth in a cost-effective manner on a day-to-day basis
Innovative and commercialize new usage propositions and initiative to drive up adoption and usage with external retail partners
Be an active team member, proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation, as well as to deliver efficient and accurate execution and uplift customer experience
Manage program budget planning, payment and reconciliation
Monitor program performance, report and evaluate program result
Requirements
University degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience preferable in credit card industry
Strong aptitude for innovation, ready for challenges and enjoy working in dynamic environment
High degree of personal drive and resilience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in internal or external partnerships development or management
Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
Good knowledge in compliances and regulatory requirements
Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
