Customer Service Officer (Part-time), Customer Services Centre

Responsibilities:
Provide phone banking services to customers including the handling of inbound or outbound call, written response (e.g. letter, e-mail, live chat and fax) in a professional manner and in compliance with all internal regulatory requirements
To assist the team to achieve various key performance indicators (KPIs)
To process customer instructions/enquiries or requests strictly in adhere to company policies and procedures
Attend special assignments delegated by the superior
Requirements:
Secondary school graduate or above
Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre experience is preferable
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Pleasant, open-minded, ambitious, bold and helpful personality
Self-initiative and willing to learn
Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
