Responsibilities
- Plan, Organize and Execute Marketing campaigns including branding, festive, product launch, content marketing and ad hoc promotions
- Prepare monthly reports for marketing campaigns results & quarterly trend report analysis
- Manage CRM Program and work closely with sales team to maximize customer satisfactions by data insights
- Manage CRM Tools to get effective communication with customers and provide tracking report
- Support in preparing marketing collaterals and promotional materials
- Develop and implement social media strategy to drive the brand awareness and lead generation
- Create engaging Chinese and English content for different social media platforms and marketing campaigns including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Website
- Manage company CRM & analytics tools
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication in related disciplines is preferred
- At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing/branding for retail industry
- Prior experience in a FMCG/cosmetic and beauty industry/agency preferred
- Knowledge on Google AdWords, SEO/SEM and ad serving tools will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient with technology
- Creative thinking and attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environment
- Proficient in Cantonese and English is a MUST, Mandarin is an advantage
