We are looking for a Red Sugar Manager based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Red Sugar Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Responsible for the restaurant operations, management and overall performance in compliance with Hotel service fundamentals, policies and procedures
  • Development & implementation of the business unit's annual plan, strategies and key performance objective
  • Collaborate with the business unit's Manager to continually review and refresh menu 
  • Manage the operations through but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, management of inventory and operation equipment, maintain the hygiene and sanitation standard
  • Drive high levels of guest satisfaction and handle any constructive feedback from guest
  • Identify and implement training plans to further develop the team

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma certificate or above in Hotel Management with a minimum of 8 years work experience and 2 years with supervisory level in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of wine at WSET certification is preferable
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
  • Outgoing personality, leadership skills and self-motivated
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
