Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to all teams in Legal Division;
• Conduct legal research and analysis and prepare legal updates;
• Draft and review legal documents, contract and agreement, and internal policies and procedures;
• Provide general administrative assistance to the teams; and
• Other ad hoc duties as required by the senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Laws;
• Working experience of 2-4 years in sizeable laws firms or legal and compliance department of banking / financial institutions in financial institutions as legal manager OR a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong with 1-3 years’ of PQE is preferred;
• Good team player with good working attitude and interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
