Formulate business strategy with branch sales management to achieve the business targets set in the area and branch business plans for wealth products
Provide technical support and increase productivity of sales staff in their dealings with customer through engaging in activities like joint sales meetings, support sales staff quality guideline reinforcement training and create synergy with other business support teams
Work closely with relationship sales staff to identify customer financial needs on wealth management products and deliver high quality wealth management solutions
Keep abreast of market changes and provide timely market and product update and sales ideas to frontline sales staff to drive the business
Requirements:
University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years of banking experience/securities services experience, with relevant exposure in selling retail investment products including investment funds and structured products
