Main Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service at branch and provide solutions to meet customers' need
- Handle counter transactions accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities for promoting banking products and services
- Support branch operations adhere to relevant regulations, policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 1 year of teller experience
- Good command of MS Office and computer skills
- Detail-minded, customer-oriented and proactive
- Attentive to details with good numerical and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
