Responsible for answering customer enquiries, handling customers’ instructions/ complaints. Delivers consistent quality and one-stop services to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and quality customer service by handling of customer enquiries/instructions, aftersales support to credit card products
- Achieve the service standard and objectives set by Management. Service standard and objectives will be varied according to different product type and campaign.
- Handle and follow up customer’s complaint.
- Handle customer’s enquiry via different channels e.g. over phones, Internet, mail in and fax in.
- Refer business to Telesales Team or other sales units.
- Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Secondary education with minimum 1 year's relevant services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
* This position is required to perform shift duty (5 Days work week) Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 10:00pm and Sat: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
