We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Business Development (MPF), reporting to Head of Sales Distribution and Client Relations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to grow the MPF business and enhance market share.
- Develop distribution channel and explore business opportunities to increase the penetration of MPF business.
- Build up close relationship with various business partners, e.g. branch network and drive for business growth.
- Keep abreast of market trends, formulate and implement business strategies.
- Promote retirement planning solution to enhance customer experience and support referrals for cross-products growth.
- Ensure the customer services excellence delivery.
- Monitor the business activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- University graduate in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on MPF sales and distribution.
- Passes in the Insurance and MPF Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations as well as HKSI licensing examinations is a must.
- Strong self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong drive in innovation, transformation and implementation.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
